Vice-President Sanjay Patel is a passionate Business Owner & Home Health Care Professional based in Columbus, Ohio. Born in London, England, his passion for entrepreneurship and helping people began early on and it has stayed with him ever since. Currently, Sanjay is the proud Co-Owner & Vice President of A-1 Nursing Care, which was founded in 1983. In 2008, Sanjay took over the operations and has played a key role in the overall revenue growth of the company.Vicki
Director of Nursing Vicki has been the Driector of Nursing for A1 since 2011. She over sees the Clinical department including hiring and staffing for nursing services. She is responsible for the intake of all new referrals as well as providing services for outside staffing in various health care facilities, Health Fairs and Flu Clinics.
Stacy
Sr. Staffing Coordinator Stacey has been a part of the A-1 Nursing Care family since 2005. Stacey's role as a Supervisor is spent working with a diverse group of patients while ensuring that each patient’s specialized needs are met in a satisfactory and timely manner. Stacey feels that working with A1 has been very educational and rewarding.Kim
Assistant Director of Nursing Kim joined the A-1 Nursing Care family in 2012 as a Case Manager and was quickly promoted to her current position. Kim works full time in the office as well as visits patients in the field. Her kindness and compassion towards her patients carries over to her role in the office as she assists those around her.
Khanika
Case Manager Khanika is a Nurse Case Manager who joined the A-1 Nursing Care family earlier this year. She works full time in the office, but rotates between field/office as needed. Some of her responsibilities include opening cases, recertifications and supervisory visits in addition to assisting internal and field staff with any needs or projects.Christina
Human Resource Generalist Having started as a Human Resources Manager in 2005 Christina brings over 10 years of healthcare human resource experience to the A-1 Nursing Care family. Christina current resides on the north side of Columbus and enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her family, dogs and camera.

Case Manager Khanika is a Nurse Case Manager who joined the A-1 Nursing Care family earlier this year. She works full time in the office, but rotates between field/office as needed. Some of her responsibilities include opening cases, recertifications and supervisory visits in addition to assisting internal and field staff with any needs or projects.
